    antique decor
    noise disturbance
    limited bathroom space

The hotel's antique furniture and decor added historical charm.

I was disappointed by the noise levels in the room. it felt like I could hear everything happening in the corridor and outside my door. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to relax, especially during the early mornings. Additionally, I found the bathroom amenities limited, as there were hardly any spots for toiletries, making it inconvenient during my stay.

    noise issues
    breakfast fees

the rooms are as soundproof as a paper bag, I could hear the cleaning staff gossiping like they were right beside me. also, the breakfast menu shocked me with coffee fees more suited for a fancy cafe! I almost considered leaving a good review but just couldn’t when I expected a welcome gift that never came.

    8/10

Aye, the location was mad dope, right near the castle. Room was super clean and chill. The breakfast spread had all sorts of goodies. The staff was nice too, helped me out with my bags after checkout. Just wish the breakfast time wasn't so chaotic, like c'mon fam, keep it together!

    historical charm
    noise issues

The historical charm of Hotel Europa was evident with its beautifully preserved antique furniture and décor, making my stay feel uniquely special.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms was quite disruptive, as I could hear noise from the corridor and cleaning staff early in the morning, which affected my sleep.

    fantastic location
    spacious solo room
    lovely breakfast
    old-fashioned utilities
    tiny bathroom

The location is fantastic, just across from the city centre and castle! The spacious solo room was comfortable, and I appreciated the lovely breakfast with snacks from the café Europa. The building has a charming, historical vibe and is perfect for exploring Ferrara.

Some utilities felt a bit old-fashioned.

    clean room
    stylish furniture
    breakfast chaos
    overpriced stay
    insufficient staff

The location is perfect for exploring the old town, with easy access to public transportation. Rooms are clean, with stylish furniture and a well-stocked breakfast lounge. Unfortunately, the chaos during breakfast service left much to be desired, as the staff struggled to keep up with demand, leading to long waits and some items running out. The night I stayed, prices surged due to a concert, which felt overpriced for what was offered.
